How is my payment taken? Online payments are made via Stripe and PayPal and all major credit cards are accepted.
When will my order be delivered? Once payment is received we will dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind that all items are hand made to order and can take up to 7 days before dispatch. If you require your items more quickly than this please contact us directly and we will do our best to help.
How much is delivery within the UK? UK delivery is a flat rate of £3. All items are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class, Signed for.
Do you deliver overseas? Sorry to say that we are currently not able to ship abroad.
What if I want to return my purchase? Should you wish to return an item, please notify us within 7 days of purchase by contacting us with your name and the order number quoted in your confirmation e-mail. Please note that one off commissions created just for you cannot be returned unless faulty.
On receipt of the goods, we will issue a refund plus the cost of any postage. If an item is faulty, please let us know immediately and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
